Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cardzfox.store and any order placed through our website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Pre-Order Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

1. About Us

cardzfox is operated by:

TEKNA SERVICES LTD Company Number: 13723471 Registered Office: 1 Hugh Road Small Heath Birmingham England B10 9AL United Kingdom

Email: cardzfox@libero.it

2. Our Website

Our website is:

cardzfox.store

We operate an online store selling Trading Card Game products and collectable items, including products relating to Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, booster bundles, starter decks, premium collections and similar collectable products.

We currently sell and deliver products only to customers with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

3. Important Information: All Products Are Pre-Order Products

All products offered for sale on our website are sold on a pre-order basis only, unless we expressly state otherwise in the future.

A pre-order is an order placed for a product before it is available for dispatch.

This means that:

  • the product is not available for immediate dispatch when you place your order;

  • payment is collected at checkout;

  • the product will be dispatched only after its official release and once stock has been received by us;

  • dispatch may take place more than 30 days after the date of purchase, depending on the stated release date and stock availability; and

  • expected release dates may be changed by a manufacturer, distributor or supplier.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a product that is not available for immediate dispatch and that delivery arrangements are subject to the terms set out in these Terms and our Pre-Order Policy.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • you are at least 18 years old, or are placing the order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian;

  • the information you provide at checkout is complete and accurate; and

  • you are purchasing for lawful personal use and not for any fraudulent, unauthorised or prohibited purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity, misuse of our website or a breach of these Terms.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, language versions, expected release dates and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • product images may be provided for illustration purposes;

  • colours, packaging or minor presentation details may vary depending on manufacturer updates;

  • expected release dates may change;

  • product specifications and pack contents are based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors or suppliers; and

  • availability of pre-order stock may be affected by supplier allocation or supply limitations.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

6. Product Language and Versions

Some products may be available in different language editions, including English or Japanese editions.

The language or edition of each product will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product language or version before completing your purchase. Please review the product title, description and selected options carefully before placing your order.

Where we send a product that does not match the language edition or version ordered by you, please contact us in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must follow the checkout process on our website and provide the requested order, payment and delivery information.

Before completing your order, you should check:

  • the product selected;

  • the product language or edition, where applicable;

  • the pre-order release information shown on the product page;

  • the quantity selected;

  • your delivery address;

  • your email address; and

  • your selected payment method.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products in accordance with these Terms.

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email, unless we later notify you that we cannot fulfil the order due to a payment issue, suspected fraud, pricing error, supplier cancellation, insufficient stock allocation or another valid reason.

Please retain your order confirmation email for your records.

8. Prices

Prices will be shown on the relevant product pages and at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The total amount payable for your order will be shown before payment is submitted.

Delivery within the United Kingdom is currently free of charge, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We may change product prices at any time before an order is placed. Changes to prices will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

9. Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are displayed accurately.

If we discover an obvious pricing error affecting your order, we may contact you before dispatch to offer you the option of:

  • confirming the order at the correct price; or

  • cancelling the affected item or order for a full refund.

We will not dispatch a product at an obviously incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.

10. Payment

Payment for all pre-order products is collected in full at the time you complete your purchase at checkout.

Available payment options may include:

  • payment methods processed through Wix Payments; and

  • Klarna, where displayed as available at checkout.

The availability of individual payment methods may depend on checkout availability, eligibility checks and any conditions applied by the relevant payment provider.

By completing payment for a pre-order, you confirm that you understand that:

  • payment is being collected before the product is available for dispatch;

  • the product will be dispatched only after official release and receipt of stock by us; and

  • release dates or stock arrival times may be delayed or changed.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, identified as unauthorised or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend or cancel the relevant order.

11. Klarna

Where you choose Klarna as your payment method, your use of Klarna is subject to the payment terms and eligibility requirements applied by Klarna.

Klarna may carry out its own assessments before making its payment options available to you.

Where a refund is approved for an order paid using Klarna, the refund will be processed through the original payment arrangement. Any adjustment to instalments, outstanding balances or refunded payments will be managed in accordance with Klarna’s processes.

You remain responsible for managing any payment requirements with Klarna until a cancellation or refund has been confirmed and processed.

12. Expected Release Dates

Where available, an expected release date will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Expected release dates are based on information made available to us by the manufacturer, distributor or supplier and are not dates that we independently control.

Release dates may be delayed, postponed, brought forward or otherwise changed before dispatch.

A change to an expected release date does not automatically cancel your pre-order. Where a release date changes, your pre-order will remain active unless:

  • you cancel it before dispatch; or

  • we inform you that we are unable to supply the product.

Where there is a significant delay or material change affecting your order, we will aim to inform you using the email address supplied at checkout.

13. Stock Availability and Supplier Allocation

Acceptance of a pre-order does not guarantee that a supplier or distributor will ultimately provide all expected stock allocations to us.

In some circumstances, a product may become unavailable due to:

  • supplier cancellation;

  • distributor allocation reduction;

  • insufficient stock;

  • discontinued products;

  • manufacturer issues; or

  • other supply circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to supply a pre-ordered product, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected product to the original payment method.

Where only one item in a multi-item order cannot be supplied, the remaining items will continue to be processed unless cancelled by you before dispatch.

14. Cancelling a Pre-Order Before Dispatch

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the relevant product has been dispatched.

To request cancellation before dispatch, please contact us at:

cardzfox@libero.it

Please include your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

Where the relevant product has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the affected product or order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If an order contains multiple products, you may request cancellation of one or more products that have not yet been dispatched. Any products not cancelled will continue to be processed in accordance with these Terms.

15. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

You must provide a complete and accurate UK delivery address when placing your order.

We do not currently dispatch products to addresses outside the United Kingdom.

16. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free of charge for eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

If an order contains multiple pre-order products that become available on different dates, those products may be shipped separately without any additional UK delivery charge.

17. Dispatch of Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products will be dispatched only after:

  1. the product has reached its official release date; and

  2. the relevant stock has been received by us and is available for dispatch.

Once the relevant stock has been received by us, we will normally prepare and dispatch your product within 2–4 working days.

The 2–4 working day dispatch period begins only after stock has been received by us. It does not begin when you place your order and does not necessarily begin on the expected release date.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

18. Delivery Beyond 30 Days for Pre-Orders

Because all products on our website are sold as pre-order products, delivery may take place more than 30 days after your order is placed.

By placing a pre-order after being shown that the product is a pre-order item and being provided with the relevant release or availability information, you expressly agree that dispatch and delivery will take place according to the product release date and stock availability rather than within 30 days of purchase.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

19. Delivery Carriers and Tracking

Orders will be dispatched using FedEx or DHL, depending on operational requirements and service availability.

All dispatched orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the carrier, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any estimated delivery date supplied by a carrier should be treated as an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

20. Multiple Pre-Order Products in One Order

If your order contains multiple pre-order products that become available on different dates, we will dispatch each product separately as soon as it is available for shipment.

In these circumstances:

  • you may receive multiple parcels;

  • each product may have a different dispatch date;

  • tracking information will be provided for each dispatched parcel; and

  • no additional UK delivery fee will be charged for separate shipments caused by different product availability dates.

The returns period for each delivered product begins separately in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

21. Delivery Address Changes

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at cardzfox@libero.it.

We may be able to update a delivery address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the dispatch process or has been handed to the delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by you, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Risk and Delivery Problems

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, appears incomplete or is delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at cardzfox@libero.it.

We may request your order number, details of the problem and photographs of any damage to assist with investigating and resolving your enquiry.

23. Returns After Delivery

After a product has been delivered, returns and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

We offer a 30-day returns period for eligible UK orders.

Under our returns policy, eligible returned products may be accepted even if the product packaging has been opened, provided that the return complies with the conditions of that policy.

Eligible UK returns are free of charge using a prepaid return label provided by email.

24. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described Goods

Goods supplied by us must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete on arrival or not as described, please contact us at cardzfox@libero.it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits your legal rights or remedies in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

25. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the relevant return evidence or returned goods have been received, or after we agree that you are entitled to a refund, depending on the reason for the refund.

Your bank, payment provider, Wix Payments or Klarna may require additional time to display or complete the refund after it has been issued by us.

26. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer exchanges or replacement products as part of our standard commercial returns service.

Where a return is approved, our standard resolution is a refund.

Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory legal right or remedy that must be made available to you under applicable UK consumer law.

27. Our Right to Cancel an Order

We may cancel all or part of an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • we are unable to obtain the relevant stock;

  • a supplier or distributor cancels or reduces allocation;

  • the product has been discontinued;

  • payment has not been successfully completed;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;

  • you have provided incomplete or invalid delivery information;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product listing error; or

  • we are prevented from supplying the product by law or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken and you are not at fault, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled product or order to the original payment method.

28. Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.

We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of our website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.

We may change product listings, prices, product availability or future sale conditions before an order is placed.

Any changes made after an order has been accepted will not remove or reduce your statutory rights.

29. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including our store name, branding, text, layout, graphics and original website materials, is owned by us or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise stated.

Product names, logos, characters, artwork and trademarks relating to Trading Card Game products remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use content from our website without permission, except where permitted by law.

30. Prohibited Use of Our Website

You must not use our website:

  • for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • to submit false, misleading or unauthorised order information;

  • to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • to access data or systems without authorisation;

  • to use automated systems in a way that disrupts our website or purchasing process; or

  • to infringe the rights of us or any third party.

We may restrict access, cancel orders or take other reasonable action where we believe our website is being misused.

31. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • breach of your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a customer purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.

As our products are sold to consumers for personal use, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity arising from a consumer order, except where applicable law does not allow such exclusion.

32. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays or changes caused by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, delivery networks, industrial action, extreme weather, transport disruption, system failures, government action or other exceptional events.

Where an event outside our reasonable control affects a pre-order, we will aim to inform affected customers and you will retain the right to cancel any undisbursed pre-order before dispatch for a full refund.

This section does not affect your statutory rights.

33. Privacy and Cookies

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Cookie Policy and your cookie preference choices.

Where required, non-essential marketing technologies, including Meta Pixel, will be used only where you have provided the appropriate consent through our cookie settings.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, payment options, delivery arrangements, business operations or legal obligations.

The Terms applicable to your order will be the version made available to you when your order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

The latest version of these Terms will be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

36. Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

37. Third Party Rights

These Terms are between you and us. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, no other person has any right to enforce any part of these Terms.

38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you will retain any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable in that part of the United Kingdom.

Any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
